This page explains what happens with your data on sendouts.app and when you join the Sendouts waitlist.
Sendouts is made by Mu Lean & Swisher. The controller is Ciarán Mullan; name, address and contact details are in the imprint: mulean.com/imprint
E-mail: support@mulean.com
The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party scripts. Fonts and images come from our own server.
The site runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the page and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address. We do not store your IP address. We use it only to limit the number of sign-ups per address and keep it only in Cloudflare’s rate-limit counter, for at most 60 seconds; it is never written to our database (legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure service, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What we store: your email address, whether you have confirmed it, and when you signed up, confirmed or left.
Why: to email you when the Sendouts beta opens and to invite you as a beta tester. Nothing else, no newsletter, no ads.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We only add you after you click the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in).
Where: in a Cloudflare database in the EU. Emails are sent through Cloudflare Email Service from hello@sendouts.app.
How long:
Every email has a link to leave with one click. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before.
Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA and certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses apply as well.
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use them, or to withdraw your consent, write to support@mulean.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
